Islam didn't say anyhing about them, in other words, it neither denied it or verified it. We simply say Allah knows best.

From personal point of view though, I don't believe dinosaurs ever existed.

I wanna know how people calculate these years, I understand the earth is very old.

But I wanna be in the room when they making the decision.

"This rock has to be 4.2 billion years old, I mean look at it"

It's called Carbon dating, they can calculate the age by calculating the carbon decay in reference to a set standard. If my A level knowledge serves me right.

I wonder if any of you has even passed his/her AP physics or chemistry or even biology (or the equivalents if from elsewhere).

Apologies! From Britain, eh? The education system in America is so disgraceful that people are awarded high school diplomas without even knowing what carbon dating is. It's probably why a large
portion of the population believe that the Earth was created 6,000 years ago. It reminds me of a talk that a professor once related from a conference in which a speaker presenting a newly found
mathematical proof declares: "This proof uses only mathematics that any sophomore undergraduate would know", then pauses and adds, "or here in the US, maybe any graduate student".

"Allah Almighty did mention dinosaurs in the Noble Quran. While the word "dinosaurs" is a modern word that refers to the gigantic animals that existed perhaps millions of years ago, Allah Almighty referred to all created "beasts" as "dabbah". A "dabbah" in the Noble Quran consists of all animals, including the dinosaurs."
