There is this African American guy who is part of the department that I work. At one point, his manager and his director tried to get rid off him and they all failed miserably because he knew how to play his cards right. What you need is to learn the HR rules in your company and see the rules that govern employee and manager work relationships. I would also suggest you to create a journal (i.e. log) that shows the date, time, the things she asks you to do, and the tone she asks you to do those tasks. You should also investigate if you can carry hidden tape to the workplace in the state of Ohio. In some states, it is illegal and in others it is legal. Keep in mind, Ohio is the right to hire and right to fire workplace but there are still mechanism in place where if you play it right, you can outsmart them and outdo her aggressive behavior. Try to see if she has told some of the employees negative things about you. Talking to one of the HR personnel helps also. They will guide you the rules that govern employee - manager relationship. If you have a union, they can also give you more information. The last thing you want is put pressure on yourself. Allah has already determined your fate, so don't over pressure yourself.

Yea, those bosses! I had a bitch as a boss too. Just ignore her attitude because she's just bored and you're just her next blood to suck... Waa iska caadi, I only had to deal wit the bitch till 5 everyday. It wasn't me though, everyone in the building KNEW she was a bitch! I must say it felt nice knowing I wasn't the only one thinking that she was missing a screw and one too loose.

Now I have a cool, calm sexy daddy as a boss. He's laid back, very professional, and not to mention HAWT!!!
