A website named Ethiopia's Prime Minster Meles Zenawi as one of the 20 ugliest leaders in the world, finishing the third ugliest overall. Naming what it said as the 20 ugliest leaders, the website wrote, "Some say our planet is a mess. Pollution, economy, war…. who is to blame. Well if you want to make our planet a prettier place, perhaps start with the leaders themselves."













3. Meles Zenawi (Prime Minister of Ethiopia) – We think they should clone this guy and place him in thousands of Porn shops, looking at DVDs, across America.

Looks like someone had a vendetta in that list. There are some really good looking presidents listed there.
