A third of Brits have injured themselves in the last year... having sex!

Millions of Britons are being left with back injuries, carpet burns and even broken bones following rampant sex sessions that are proving too dangerous.
Up to 18 million adults in The UK have suffered sex injuries in the past year, new research has revealed.
Among the most common complaints were pulled muscles, cricked necks and bruised elbows and knees; however two per cent had also broken bones as their lovemaking became risqué.
Other sex-induced damages included bruised shoulders, twisted knees, sprained ankles or wrists and bent back fingers.
After the throws of passion, five per cent of Brits had even taken time off work to recover from such wounds.
The survey also found the most risky location to enjoy a romp was the sofa, because of its close proximity to glasses, plates and other breakable goods.
The bedroom only came fifth in the list of most dangerous places to make love, with the stairs in second and the car in third place.
The shower was fourth, while other places on the list included ‘on a chair’, ‘kitchen table’, ‘the garden’, ‘the toilet’, and ‘a work cupboard’.
Wild sex also resulted in damage to furniture and belongings, with almost 50 per cent of people saying they had broken something amid a sex session with the average cost of damage touching £154.
Bed frames, broken wine or pint glasses were the most regular casualties, but accidentally smashing a hole in a wall also featured on the list.
A spokesman for www.phonepiggybank.com, who conducted the survey, said: ‘Sex is a risky business these days.
‘Our advice would be to remove any dangerous objects well before you plan to start making love and take care while in the act.’
