Perhaps, Quran and Poetry can help quench the flames of a person's sexual desire without marriage.
Well, maybe not Poetry. 
Ways To Avoid Getting H.I.V :
1. No More Partying:
* Why do we party? The Quran has explicitly states that we as [Muslims] should avoid anything that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has avoided. Furthermore, the wives of the Prophet has never intermingled with other men in social gatherings, maybe (and correct me, if you will) only in female gatherings. So, party time is over. That is, if you dearly love your health beyond receiving 20 minute sexual gratification.
2. No More SEX:
* YES, condoms are NOT protective. If you're claiming to be a MUSLIM, and you went ahead and had a sexual intercourse using a CONDOM, know that Allah, whom you vowed to not betray his commandments will not make that CONDOM be any protection for you, whatsoever. If it helped you yesterday, and helped you today, know that the CONDOM will most likely [break] tomorrow.
3. No French Kiss or Sucking Another's Tongue:
* These things shouldn't be done before marriage. It's completely a sin in ISLAM. So, think before you do something. Remember that, if that individual you're kissing has a cut lip or a cut tongue and blood is transmitted between that kissing, YOU GOTTA GO to the hospital and check yourself.
