Beautiful Jowhar
Looks like Isnaay was not completely looted....there's still something left to show it existed. I say give it a few years and you'll see it rebuilt Insha'Allah.

What structures? 3 partly vacant government buildings and a looted factory?
The only thing in Jowhar that can be rebuilt is the engine on the town's only car.
I'm wondering how a city of over 60,000 can be without any infrastructure.

The reason why jowhar is beautiful is simply because no mooryan from mudug has laid his foot on it.
