How the fock is she a nationalist? When she was supporting the Ethiopian troops in Xamer, I would not insult peoples intelligance by calling a person like that a nationlist, a national disgrace yes but never a nationalist.

General-SNM she was not supporting Xabashis but the Idea of Somalis uniting under a New-Government which turned out to be a group of Xabashi-Worshippers & Warlords who filled their pockets.

Kush i have no Idea, i just heard people calling her that. maybe it means "Sweet Voice?"

She only spoke up against afweyne due to the fact that his ilkoyar kin were getting more benefits than the dhullos.
The dhullos bend over backwards for that man and yet didn't get the chance to induldge in the same luxuries hence the infamous landcruiser song.
Her landing in mandheera in response to her disrespect is what made her even a bigger critic.
All these lies about her standing up for a just cause are nothing but hot air, it was jealousy that led her to critisize afweyne.

Kuumbos have the nerve to paint her as a just woman.

Idoor Cuqdad at it's best. the girl had everything beauty, money, cruiser, when she dissed siyad bare, it was the song about indisdcriminate shoooting at the footbal studio were alot idooris who shouted at the president lost thier live. it was a whole ruwaayad about the injustice of the goverement. there alot of somalilanders like qadro dahir, guluc and others who simply look the other way when thier people were butchered. saado ali att the time had no reason to endanger her life other then somalinimo.

Kuush, nothing in your reply sounds as a valid argument. I did not ask you what saado had but rather pointed out the difference between her people and the marexaan during the time of afweyne.
The loyalty of the dhulbahante was no less than that of the ilkoyar or cagdheer and yet they did not recieve the same benefits as the other group status wise.
The killing at the football stadium did not occur at the same time as the bombings thus making your rants nothing but just that.

Babygirl, you really sound like a broken record.

Afkaaga caano geel lagu qabay

We all know fanaanada qaranka Saado risked her life when she sang the song Landcruiser gado to highlight the plight and injustice that was widespread in the society at that time...no other somali artist dared to sing that song and specially infront of Siad Barre aun ( he was sitting amongst the LIVE audience) as my dad once told me.. walee Sado waa halyeyad..she has always been advocate for justice and a political singer that is what distinguishes her from other artists.

You can't convince slanders Saado has always been advocate for Somalinimo cause because they don't believe in it as evident in history and the current secessionist agenda. They are hating on Saado becasue she pointed out their clannish hypocrisy, the fact of having a former NSS as a leader and pointing the finger to Cali Samatar who was easy target because of the clan he hails from..adkeysta as Saado said "Laba Maaha Wadankeenu" .

The issue I and many people from my region have with this singer is that her current path is wrong. Her agenda today contradicts her past actions and its not a national or somali ineterst but pure nasty darodism. She can carry on going down this path of being loved by Darods but dont assume the female singer version of faisal waraabe is a national treasure. She is a has-been artist who is today riding on a wave of tribalism to stay rellevent. Look at the legendary figure Hadrawi he does not spew out isaaqnimo, no he is above all that and supports a one somalia, even if its not the popular thing to be associated with in his home region. Look at all the Hawiye singers who sing in SL parties they are bridging people and bringing them together to have fun and accept eachother as equals. Somalia artist should be above politics and not be a caravan for all the things wrong in Somali scoiety.
