one of my friends had suffered from insomnia few nights ago. he told me that he had a hard time to sleep for about almost a week, and that he was finally successful to solve the problem after he constantly read the Noble Quran and make some Quran saar. I have never experienced myself this insomnia thing, but I would exhort you to consult with the Quran if you're suffering from it.
