Paidmonk,
The minister of Health Dr. Warsame (Guy in the pics) is quite impressive. He's only been around for what? 3 months now and he's already had a huge revamping of their system. A much needed change, indeed.
Him and The minister of Education Mr. Juxa are two of the most progressive fellas in the entire GOV...if you ask me.
As for the wavin regional flag....like Borat says: "VERY NAYS!!!"

No, he's not but he does have a BA as a medical laboratory technician. As far as i know he never worked in his field after graduating, he recently moved to the UK. Waa iddajaa walaalkiis
