Samsung & Nokia spy phones

Every time I'm talking to someone on the phone if some else calls me both samsung and nokia phones show call in-waiting, it tells the caller I'm on another line, so when I return missed call I always get accused of ignoring the caller :down:

Nokia & Samsung phones are usually the spy phones :down:

Any tmobile users witnessed this particular issues, if you did how did you resolved it?
