Somali managed construction Project in Tanzania

Its a Public company listed in Sudan and Kenya but the board of directors and senior management are Somali :up: :up: I believe that they are also investing their own funds into these projects

My connect at the Central Bank tells me that the property market is cooling down and in for a correction. I suggest you lay low and wait.

P.S. Land laws in TZ are archaic and hostile to foreigners.

True, If you know the right people in govt its not too bad, Somalis in TZ are well connected, plus a bit of bribery helps :lol:

Yes, but they can flip the script on you very quick especially if you are a Skinny. Just ask about what happened in the early 1980s under Nyerere, Skinnies, Hindi and others faced serious economic restrictions.

I personally wouldn't invest millions in fixed assets in TZ when I can do the same in Kenya where a foreign investors rights are more adequately protected.
