women and ...shopping for cellphone plans

is it just me or do guys get better deal on cellphones than girls? i've been shopping for a good plan as my contract is due...yeah that time when your contract is up and cellphone companies love you the most....you would think this would give someone in my position a good leverage to bargain with their carrier, seen as how they like to hold on to you....but nah..not if your a woman, they talk to you like you're 2 years old and bamboozal you with nonsense and shiny accessories, at the end of if all, they try to lock me down with a similar cashing grabbing monthly plan....

but when a guy is shopping for cellphone plans.....they cut the bullshit and get straight to the point.....and with more persistence, offer "unadvertised" retention plans...

i've been doing a little experiment and so far....2 major carriers in Canada, rogers and fido have failed me big time...

ladies..... shopping for a good cellphone plan is looking a lot like taking your car to the mechanic shop.........GET A MAN TO GO WITH YOU...if you want a better deal.

just get a hook up of someone that works for t-mobile or O2 get some discount like 30% of so you could be paying the same amount for a higher cell plan
