let's be honest, this is the best idea. This clan warfare will never stop. we should bring someone from outside who won't take sides

Why doesn't Somalia just join Ethiopia? Meles would get all the ports he needs and would control the Somalis like he does now through proxies. No clans would fight since there is Highlander rule and he would rule by a brutal force.
