According to the guardian, low income families will not be impacted by the cuts.

They also say, " the chancellor also announced he will increase the child element of the tax credit by £150 above inflation (as measured by the CPI) from next April, and in April 2012 by £60 above indexation. The child element is paid for each child in a family."

So, in reality mothers with 12 kids will be swimming in their pool of welfare moneys.
