The self-declared Republic of Somaliland will soon hold its second presidential election in 8 years.
Campaigning for the vote is underway in the breakaway state, which declared independence from Somalia in 1991.
However, the area is only recognised internationally as an autonomous region within Somalia.
Now many people are celebrating the election that was delayed for almost two years.
