What is the prospect that Kulmiye will bring about constitutional change and redress the outdated party leadership criteria.

I mean is this possible:

Kulmiye:- Isaaq pres -and- Gadibgoor as 2nd

Udub:- Isaaq pres - and - Warsengeli as 2nd

Ucid:- Isaaq pres -and-Dhulo as 2nd

Perhabs in another 10 years a third phase could be explored where the Isaaq only get the top post for one part and get 2nd posts for the other 2 parties!!!
