If you only knew them, these guys have the experiences and savoir fair when it comes to dealing the problems that Somaliland faces today. Somaliland needs ppl like them who has the essential management skills, judgment and leadership skills to move Somaliland forward

I said that its not culturally accepted to use every occupation as your title. We call people Dr. and Col./Maj. because those are very rare positions (doctorate & colonel/major). But to refer to yourself as the title of engineer or professor is stupid because those are normal occupations, nothing amazing about it.

Basically, you only put Doctorate title (Dr.) or military title (Lt./Col./Maj./Gen.) in your name

There is nothing wrong with Somalis having a slightly different value system to other people. Engineer[Eng] is more valuable then [Dr] at this moment.

Unlike your doritos clan who give away free titles; the men and women you see above have earned it and what problem is there to have if their profession is put next to their name?
