Press Statement

Post by ahmad guray »

The terrorist attacks in Kampala last night aimed at innocent civilians demonstrate, once again, how much devilish its perpetrators are. They chose their time in a cold -bloodedly careful manner, the design being to cause as many fatalities and, as much mayhem and destruction, as possible.

Terror Free Somalia Foundation condemns in the strongest possible terms this evil and cowardly act and expresses its solidarity with the People and Government of Uganda. Uganda has been the target for obvious reasons: It is a country discharging its Pan-Africanist duties with unreserved full commitment. As such, it is the entire Africa that has been attacked.

We also express our condolences to the families, belonging to various nationalities, who have to endure the consequences of these terrorist acts. The targets of the cowardly acts, including many Somalis,Kenyan, Tanzanian, American., were innocent civilians watching the FIFA World Cup final. But this is the nature of terrorism, and this is also why those who choose this method of struggle and their defenders should not be allowed to succeed. Ambiguous stand on this question and dithering would indeed be tragic and the highest of follies for the international community. It should be condemned by all.

What is the purpose of that silly "terror free Somalia"? how vague can they get?

who is "terror" and how can you make it free from Somalia? and is that the biggest problem facing somalia since Somalia were fighting and killing each other along clan lines and not terror. so wouldn't it be better to say "tribe free somalia" instead?

And why are they so baised againt Hawiye, are they concerned with tribalism or terrorism?
