Red = Humanitarian Emergency

Their are several factors Somalia food security is impacted by: Southern Zoomalia's instability, inflation, drought, shipment of aid ect.
I think the Big Red splash is the source of all our problems: Map dating to 92 WFP survery, UN humanitirian missions Somalia ranked top on humantirian including Food crisis. Why from the 90s-today what does Southern Zoomalia continue to do?

Starvation does not equate produce production shortage nor the heavy drought Central Sanaag and Eastern Sanaag has faced.
When has anyone heard of a starving Maakhiri, there are pictures of Southern Zoomlis today that are skin and bones. Since they sit on farms what happen. Mooryans
