Congestion charging in the city centre. £1 dollar a day.

Free up the city and make money at the same time.

In london:

More than 5,500 drivers receive £100 penalties each day x multiply by 365days.

Congestion fee alone makes about £100million a year...

London population 7million.

This will increase trade, reduce pollution and make people use buses spread the wealth...

If the people want roads they need to pay for these roads and their upkeep. Creating tens of thousands of jobs for the locals.

Why you guys prefer nigerians then? Somebody will have to do the job. Somalis will respect a non-somali where enforcement of any kind is required.

guys do not steal my business idea

... i just had a chat with my business manager ( well i mean my uni professor/lecturer)

and he thought my NCP for Hargeisa idea was a sure winner. Now all i have to do is have a word with my bank manager and let the Green paper roll.
