Majority of the 4 hours was stretching and warm ups. My trainer wasn't a amateur she knew what she was doing m8.paidmonk wrote:Working out 4 hours is f-king stupid.
The problem with working out is that 99% of idiots do it the wrong way and complain. If you're gonna do something, do it right or don't do it at all.
You should never do more than 30-45 minutes per daily session. Start at 5-7 times a week to see initial results peak, then when you get your ideal shape you can start skipping training and doing 3 times a week, but never go below twice a week.
