Gyms are useless it does absolutely nothing for me.. waste of money & time.

I took up Thai kicking boxing mantaa *4 hours work out* & im bloody knackered.
I worked out muscles I didn't even know I had :|

In a years time I could become a pro :|

The best exercise to train all of ur muscles is swimming

Try Krav Maga and use it against its inventors: the israeli's :up:

Working out 4 hours is f-king stupid.

The problem with working out is that 99% of idiots do it the wrong way and complain. If you're gonna do something, do it right or don't do it at all.

You should never do more than 30-45 minutes per daily session. Start at 5-7 times a week to see initial results peak, then when you get your ideal shape you can start skipping training and doing 3 times a week, but never go below twice a week.

Just eat right and do 40mins a day of cardio and you are good to go. Swimming regularly helps too.

Trust me you can lose weight by never stepping into the gym. Food is what counts.

Majority of the 4 hours was stretching and warm ups. My trainer wasn't a amateur she knew what she was doing m8.

I always quit working out 2-3 weeks into it.

Best way to get ur cardio is to join some sort of sports team, basketball, baseball, soccer, etc. The comradely makes it fun, and you get a good cardio work out

Anything over 45 minutes is doing great injustice to your muscles, also 50% of seeing results is what you put in ur body, You cant continue to eat @ mcdonalds, bariis/baasto and working out simultaneously.

tip for best results of balking up, eat 3 boil eggs everynight.
