Is there any truth to this rumor?

I was recently told a story about a bunch of Somali guys who set up a checkpoint (isbaaro) in front of a supermarket and, using a toy handgun, demanded people to hand over their money. Supposedly they were recent arrivals from Somalia and they managed to get take a lot of money from the victims/customers before they were busted. I think (I was told) it happened either in Norway or Denmark. I searched for any information about incidents like this involving Somalis in the Scandinavian countries and I had no luck. Has anyone else heard of this story? It is an unbelievable story if this shit has truth to it.

It was a residential area and it happened in Norway but luckily they got caught.
