Could it be Ethiopia is behind the group reporting this and did not want some of the people include in Siilaanyo's cabinet? It was reported in the past that Ethiopia always reviewed cabinet members in SL, so it could be possible it is not happy with this cabinet. Many people believe UBL was dead long before September 11, 2001 so it is doubtful how he could indoctrinate people.
