Walahi brothers and sisters we are very blessed, Allah swt has blessed us. I type this with a full stomach and abundant food and water, alhamdulilah. Many of our brothers across the whole world are not as blessed. We should remember them inshallah.

I suggest everyone visits the link above and helps anyway they can. The african development trust is working hard in Somaliland for displaced reer konfuur that moved up north for peace and stability. These people are forgotten, they often have no means of income and live in a dire situation away from where they are originally from. I would advise all of you guys to get involved and help. Not case of qabil etc, but for the sake of humanity and our fellow brothers and sisters.
If your a student with time off then there is so many voluntary positions, If your working and can afford to donate the please do so. It cost £30 to feed a person for the whole of ramadan inshallah. Even if you cant afford to, maybe promote this organisation to family you know. The least we can do is make dua inshallah, Its a very noble cause.

The Messenger of Allaah (peace be upon him) has said, “Whoever feeds a fasting person be it a date, or a sip of water or a gulp of milk, and the month is one the beginning of which is mercy, the middle of which is forgiveness and the end of which is freedom from the fire: whoever lightens the load of his subordinates, Allaah will forgive him and free him from the fire… And whoever quenches the thirst of a fasting person Allaah will give him drink from a special pool and he will never feel thirst until entry into Jannah.” [at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzaymah, Ibn Hibban]
