Somalis were not ancient egyptians and vice versa

Let's get this myth out of the way once and for all. The Somalis or their prehistoric ancestors were as they are today: a bunch of uncivilized pastoralists roaming the horn of Africa. Like today, they were also known for piracy off the Indian Ocean. The only thing they had going for them were some elements of civilization in the coastal areas. But it's an insult to compare the remarkable egyptians to ancient Somali cattle/camel herders.

The ancient egyptians, northern sudanese, somalis all share and resemble eachother, that doesnt mean they were the same person but definately there was a cultural, physical relationship.

partly it is true! since all somalis don't carry E1b1b1a (M-78) and E1b1b1b (E-M81) mutations.
But those, who carry M-78 and E-M81 mutations came from Egypt!
"The E-M78 mutation is thought to have occurred about 18,600 years ago (17,300–20,000 years ago), with some possibility that it may have been more recent.[Note 1] Based on genetic STR variance data, Cruciani et al. (2007) suggests that this subclade originated in "
Northeastern Africa", which in the study refers specifically to
Egypt and
Libya"

"E1b1b1b (E-M81), formerly E3b1b or E3b2, is the most common Y chromosome haplogroup in the Maghreb, dominated by its sub-clade E-M183. It is thought to have originated in the area of North Africa 5,600 years ago"

Ammiuanus Marcellinus on Ancient Egyptians.
"...the men of Egypt are mostly brown or black with a skinny desiccated look."
They were Somali

I've been hearing that a lot lately from non-Somalis, I didn't know Somalis actually believed this shit. It dates back to Abyssenia days and no I don't think that we are of Egyptian decent. Somalis are lost souls. Our genes are bastard genes, that's how I explain our appearance. I almost cursed out an Arab kid for telling me "You Somalis are mixed with us..." I told him, "the hell we are!"
They always think we must be mixed with something, everyone has mixed genes. Why can't people just accept the fact that we're Somali... Just Somali.

I think the simple fact most people here can't realize is that if you go back far enough everyone is related to everyone else.
If we go back to Africa 10,000 years ago there were probably just a few different tribes populating the entire continent that WE ALL descended from. It isn't much of a stretch to believe that Somalis along with all other ethnic groups in the horn descended from a parent stock that was the Ancient Egyptians. You can't discount the numerous cultural, linguistic, and phenotypical connections between the people of the horn and Ancient Egypt.
I would bet that most of the ethnic groups today found in the horn of Africa are descended from groups who migrated out of Egypt for any number of reasons.

the oldest known pre-egyptian population are the badarians and they and the kushites had thier origins in the same area and they evolved thier cultures together in the same region southern egypt and the border with orthern sudan..
so it is obvious that there would be similarities...
but we are not egyptians we are kushites..
and we are one of the latest waves of nearly a dozen waves of kushite migrations to the south..
