A fourth defendant, 19-year-old Afghani refugee Abdul Khan (pictured), is the only person to have been convicted of killing Mr Hawadleh.
Khan, formerly of Enderley Road, Harrow Weald, was found guilty of murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment on June 10, to serve a minimum of 22 years.
The fatal attack, the court heard, was in retaliation for a fistfight with Somali teenager Warsame Guiled near a bookmaker's in High Street, Wealdstone, which Khan lost.
What a coward and weak person. I bet he is about 30.
During the trial, which started in December, Madekwe, who was defending himself, took off his shoe and hurled it at Judge Gerald Gordon. It missed and hit the back of the court but Madekwe was only allowed to wear flip-flops for the rest of the trial.
Flanked by a doctor and six police officers in riot gear at the Old Bailey last Thursday, Madekwe, 34, of no fixed address, but previously of Buck Lane, Kingsbury, was sentenced to 33 months in prison.
Spence, 22, of Freeland Court, Ealing, and Boyde, 38, of Ambleside Road, Harlesden, were given 30 months each.
However, all three were released immediately because they had already served more than half that time on remand. Madekwe called out 'thank you' as he left the dock

Madekwe defended himself through the murder trial and often brought chaos, disruption, and abusive behaviour to court nine at the Old Bailey.
The Nigerian national accused prosecution counsel and Judge Gerald Gordon of discrimination and racism, he brought proceedings to a standstill with a Remembrance Day anti-war tirade, and just before Christmas, he threw his shoe across the court room at the judge
