Muslims disrespect the holy name of Ali (radhi Allahu anh)
Ive noticed that many of the hadith's that are transmitted are never from Ali (Radhi Allahu anhu wa Ardhaa), why is that? Even though he was always in the company of the Prophet (saw).
I think the Muslim Ummah did a great disservice to the holy companion Ali ibn Abi Talib (May Allah raise him in the highest levels of Jannah). He was the greatest, a man whom Allah and His Messenger (saw) loves and a man who loves Allah and His Messenger (saw).

I don't remember ever reading a haddith from Abu bakar, Umar or Uthman actually. "Umar ibn al-Khattab RA reported that...." does not ring any bells.

I know you've heard of the hadith narrated by abdallah ibn umar that umar ibn alkhattab narrated that he was sitting with the rasul when a man who was very clean, that he had never seen before but didn't have any signs of fatigue from travel on him come up to the rasul and ask him what is islam, what is iman, and what is ihsaan, and later the rasul tells umar that it was jibreel that came to them.BlackVelvet wrote:I don't remember ever reading a haddith from Abu bakar, Umar or Uthman actually. And there are hadiths narrated by ali, but abu bakr not so much because he died so soon after. It is more there teachings that have survived then them narrating hadiths, a lot of the ulema trace there isnads through ali iyo abu bakr. But you have to understand that they were politicians and that they had the concern of the ummah to worry about more than giving daras

This is the weirdest conspiracy theory I ever heard. Where do the Jews fit into it? There is no conspiracy theory without Jews you know.RuralMan08 wrote:Ive noticed that many of the hadith's that are transmitted are never from Ali (Radhi Allahu anhu wa Ardhaa), why is that? There's a huge gap between disrespecting and deifying. Ali (ra) has hundreds of hadeeth narrated through him in Bukhari and Muslim.
What you said doesn't make sense. Are you saying many are not narrated by Ali, or they are never narrated from Ali. Is it many or never (none)?Ive noticed that many of the hadith's that are transmitted are never from Ali (Radhi Allahu anhu wa Ardhaa), why is that?

For a companion who was always around the Prophet (saw) from his youth up to the Prophet's death (saw) surely there should be more hadith narrated from Ali (ra). I dont believe the records have been lost but I think that people are jealous of Ali(ra) the succesor of Ahlul BaytAliyyi Oromada wrote:There's a huge gap between disrespecting and deifying. What sort of recognition (for him) are you after? A statue in the middle of Mecca? Come on, be clear on what you want so that we can "debate" with you, friend.RuralMan08 wrote:Ali (ra) has not been given the recognition he deserves by the Sunni pplPaddington Bear wrote:
