Yes, Xabaala Camaare is a good safari place.
Emperor, actually, historically Fadhigaab used to be a place where there so many lions that people did not bother go to that valley. Unfortunately, those lions are gone today but good news is deero and garanuug are repopulating the land now and once you have those in abundance, you will see lions coming back from upper hawd.
