Wallahi my fish sambusas are the BEST N my father requests them every time he is feeling it!
Not good with the measurements...I just know my family's!!
You will need:
onion (perhaps one...chop it all into very small pieces)
oil (Enough to fry it)
A chili (chop it just like the onions)
Small amount of Cilantros with one Garlic (si fiican u tun till they both blend in together or use the blender!)
Small amount of salt
1 ts. curry powder
N a Mrs. Dash's seasoning

NOW this is my secret ingredients (Damn, I can't believe Im giving this away

Four spoons of coconut powder...depending on ur family size! N
One Tilapia or any other boneless fish with the skin peeled off (Skin less)...DO NOT USE THE CANNED TUNA...YACK!!!
Steps of making it:
Get a pan...put the fish in there. Add a small amount of oil.
Cooked it till it breaks apart into small pieces...just like the canned tuna fish.
Add a small amount of Mrs. Dash's seasoning, a pinch of salt, blended cilantros/garlic, curry...stir it for a min.
Turn off the fire...put it aside...let it cool a little bit.
Then add the chopped onions and coconut. Stir it well N Put it aside.
Get the Sambusa wrappers...
Now it gets more difficult to explain the process...so I ain't even gonna bother...Im sure one of ur family
members will know...so don't be ashamed to ask!
When they r ready...
Fill each sambusa cone with 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the filling...
-Seal the top seam with a flour paste (small amount of flour and water)
-Put as many as the pan can fit in the preheated oil...
-Wait till its golden and shows little bubbles...
