This is a real issue that needs to be discussed and finally nail the coffin shut. The continual assault on our skinny brothers from the Somali community need to be stopped, hence forth. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and I happened to come from that segment of the majority of our brothers. Yes I admit it I am a skinny Farax and I AM PROUD of my small appetite.

There has been some serious damage to some of our brothers who are not as strong willed, yes even from my own family. We will not speak of sadeboi tho he is an excellent example of the damage it can inflict, where he use to be skinny now he is 'mushy' where he use to be firm he is 'squishy' where he use to be flat he is 'jelly-rolly'. I refuse to eat 5 meals a day, I refuse to fill my stomach, I REFUSE TO CHANGE MYSELF FOR YOU!!!!

Granpa I know, I usually don't even eat more than one meal a day, and the nights i ate a few mouthfulls for afur and no suhuur felt like a walk in the park. Wallahi the rasul was right when he said scw the 'son of adam doesn't need more than a few morsels of food' or ' he only needs enough to keep his back straight' the body becomes more efficient and runs cleaner.

Yeah Imma hit the gym soon when I get everything in order, I have become bones this ramadan my mom is scared for my health but I feel fine. Just need to bulk up just a little bit.
