Remembering that I was in 7th grade, was in class, teachers didn't want to put on the TV and then we get an announcement over the PA that all students must report to the cafeteria. Get there, we are told it is an early dismissal and cheers of joys, high fives followed after the head of the Security makes the announcement. Then he yells at us, telling us we are celebrating while hundreds of people are being killed. We all turn to each other and wondering, "what the hell?". Then I hear about a terrorist attack in NYC. No specifics, I see some people crying... and since my school was about a couple miles away from home, I just ran all the way. Came in the kitchen, see my parents and my ayeeyo sitting their watching the TV and bam, another plane hit the twin towers.

Here is a story of a woman from Ivory Coast who lost her husband in the Trade Center. Detailed account of just one of many Muslim folk who were killed that day. A fact that gets overlooked by Muslims and Non Muslims alike when talking about 9/11

Fahiye,
19 Arab bastards who knew nothing about religion and humanity destroyed the lives of thousands innocent families such as the Ivory Coast family.

What I can never understand is that this corrupted and twisted version of Islam is coming from Saudi Arabia which happens to be the closest ally of the United States. In Somalia today millions are suffering because of the teachings of the criminal Wahabis who believe that you either follow their teachings or you you would have your head cutoff. In Wahabi world there is no alternative.

God Bless America because in my view there is no place that offers more freedom to a Muslim than America. The so-called protectors of Mecca and Medina are the biggest human rights violators in the world. They ship back Somali refugees who have fled the civil in Somalia back to Somalia and drop them in hostile areas. Read the Human Rights report about Saudi Arabia and how they mistreat our people. On the other hand deporting a criminal Somali refugee with 20 pages of criminal report from America went all the way to the Supreme Court.

All the Wahabi propagandists in here I say, even though my middle finger is bit shorter than my index finger, take it up in your skinny black azzzzzzes.....

I got ready for school, went and opened the tv and there was already breaking news on the 1st plane. I went to school and by math class the 2nd plane hit. My math teacher had the radio on, and the when the 2nd plane hit, one kid in my class throws his hands up and was like "wohoo!". My math teacher just started going off on him. Math teacher was a scary dude. We didn't do math that day, we just started talking about it. One kid was like "Saddam did it". I was like "no he didnt". My math teacher backed me up, saying Saddam wouldnt do that. At that point most people who had knowledge of politics thought it had something to do with the Pali's since the 2nd intifada was going on at the time. When the 1st tower collapsed, they decided to cancel classes and send us home. I was surprised the tower would collapse that fast. I didn't have the knowledge to question it much at the time, but it did surprise me.

So for the rest of the day I went home and watched the news. They started talking about Usama, who I never heard of. They started showing the clips of the training camps (the ones they always show) with Usama kneeling down firing a rifle, the hand holding the mus'haf & all the ak's around it, monkey bars and all that...They also reported Usamas statement, that he didnt do it, but was happy that it happened. It was interesting, but I didn't really have any strong feelings about it. I was more concerned about who killed pac and biggie, & whether I was gonna make the basketball team.

But of course we all know now, its impossible for a steel structure to collapse on itself, and at that velocity just because it was hit by a plane and burned for an hour. The melting point of steel is just way too high, and most of the structures were untouched anyways. But if it wasn't 9/11 then they would have found another reason to wage war around the world so I don't dwell on it.

I remember I got into a fight with a girl. All I saw was this girl coming at me swinging and sayin "you damn terrorist"... After the fight and the whole lecture with my principle, our class went to the library to watch the twin towers burn! I still didn't know what was going on. Went home and told my mom bout the fight and the twin towers then she explained it to me. I had no idea who the heck Osama was!
