From what i heard Isaaq in Djibouti have 4 Parliament seats and the following are.

2 - Garhajis (i know i am surprised)
1- H.A
1- H.J

i could be wrong though could any of the djiboutians in here provide the names of the 4 Isaaq men in the parliament so i could further research on the actual identity of those men.

Thanks in advance.

I know bro, but there is nothing wrong with knowing how many parliament seats Isaaq have in djibouti and their sub clans.

Thank you

Qubbato
lool samarone do not have many!!

the total is 63 seats;

half of the seats are taken by afar hence 32 are gone!!!!

31 left

of those 31; 2 seats gone for the arabs

29 seats left!!

of those 29 seats 3 are gone for (1 for sudan lool; 1 for oromo, 1 for christian)

26 left for somalis!!!!!!

the answer to your questions 5 seats for samarone (2 reer nuur; 2 for mohamed casseh and 1 for habar cafaan)

Qubbato wrote:Man that’s not fair djibsomali are affars that large in Djibouti what about the ciise do they have over 20 so samaroon have 5 seats iidoor have 3 oromo have 1 thanks Djibouti need to stop this affar and ciise hegemony

But the samaroons are not really that much in to politics they keep Djibouti civilized with the barbaric ciises they teach ciise and affar how to live a civilized life. Samaroons are the most educated people I know I mean my mum says samaroons 2/3 of the samaroons have higher degrees which gives them a big advance. I mean look how daahir ryyaale civilized the iidoor folks. Teaching them about democracy and living in peace what did the people of awdal got in return their people being killed by animals in a unhuman way   :x , I don’t blame the poor fella rayaale though do you know why he was leading brain dead people  in a unrecognized country there is little he can do. An isolated clan fiefdom established on cuqdad , but he did his best. He civilized these people. But I am sure If samaroons given a chance in Djibouti they can make things happen.

djibouti parliament are not distributed by population but by land mass first
if it was by population afar are only 30% of djibouti population.

the samarone, arabs, issaq, oromos and sudanese seats comes from the capital only..
