He shouldn't have said. In this country, you don't say anything remotely negative about black people and you don't allude to Jewish ownership of the media. It is that simple. Nothing gets you booted out of anywhere fast than bringing up any Jewish or Black stereotypes. These roadblocks were successfully put up to curtail white Anglo bigotry but it doesn't matter if you are white.

Rick was on suicidal trip though, he was going at pretty much everyone on the news from madow to oriely etc, but the final straw was pulled on john stewart because he said those dudes have crossed the comedy line and are powerful like his "people" lol

What a tool. How dare he claim Jews don't have a right to claim minority status. Did they not undergo much of the same discrimination and hatred that other minorities in this country faced? Just as often as you would see "No blacks" you would also see signs that read "Gentiles Only" in years past. Even during the holocaust, many Jews were denied entry to the United States and other Western Countries. Jews have been the most victimized people on the face of the planet. Good on them for preserving through all that bigotry and hatred and rising to the top (in just about every field). Just because they don't have the "white man is holding me down" mentality like the blacks doesn't mean they're not f-king minorities.

He is too sensitive. I once saw his show and all he did was talk about other people, and their "problems" Jon Stewart talks about him once and he starts talking about how he thinks Jon thinks he is "below him". Everyone is higher than Rick, because he's a guy who got what he has based on his looks and luck. He doesn't have a good education, he isn't smart, and has no charisma. He bit the hand that feeds him, I truly hope he isn't married to a Latina because the ass whoopin he is going to get tonight for losing a job on this economic downturn is no joke! I used to watch Rick Sanchez and he was a great host for his show. He was also staunch defender of Muslims and the religion of Islam in the media. I think he was pushed around that he could no longer tolerate the treatments he was receiving from certain circles. If he says Jews are powerful in the USA, I see nothing wrong with that statement. I mean look at the US Senate. You have over 50% of the Senators who happened to Jewish when their population ratio is less than 1% of the total US population. It is no brainer to figure out that they are very powerful. What should be rejected is any hatred towards Jews simply for being Jewish; however, if some are stating the facts, it should stated as it is and no one should be fired from his/her jobs for stating the obvious.
