Udun, i cut down on qaad but between on Saturday i had 6 pieces and 5 on Wednesday. Since it's friday today and if qaad arrives today on time, i'll probably be having 6 pieces insha'allah. So far i've only spend £33 this week on qaad, if you include cigarettes and drink then it's somewhere around £40.

i would chew qaad every day if it wasnt for the the banging qadiro i get the following day and this why i have stopped.
now im searching for a scientist who can extract the good substances for the qaad plant and make it into pills.
if that was to happen man i would be popping those bills 24/7
