What ever happened to this concept, women have no qabil, your future/present husband is your adopted qabil, you must defend it with all your might.

Its true for the most part, but Majerteen & Habar Gidir women are different. They steer the qabiil discussion for their clans -- just look at figures like Magool and Casha Geele.

This is generally true for all of Reer mudug, not neccessarily MJ and HG.
