But Advo I disagree, striving to be White should be the goal of all minority groups. Striving to be white as an individual is stupid and futile, but as a group you should always strive to be categorized as white. Look at the difference between Dominicans and Cubans; one is non-White minority and the other is labeled traditionally as White - one group is all butchers and thugs, the other is all lawyers and TV personalities. I urge Somalis in America to start aligning themselves as White or Asian or at least fight for a new racial category to be added.

Nothing Advo said implied that. But the fact is White are the dominant race in the societies we live in and Advo thinks it is funny some minorities believe emulating white people equates to success.

America's success is built on the back of Black people. Even if we remove slavery, jim crow, discrimination blacks have endured...doesn't he know what propelled America to be the dominant power was industrialization and what propelled America to industrialization was agriculture and cash crop economy which solely was achieved with Black manpower and even invention (cotton picker). What doesn't America owe to Black people? Hell the damn White House should be called Black House in honor of the people who built it.
