We know they run the TFG but what about if they have infiltrated the top leadership of Al-Shabaab and they are both using it to keep the war going?

How come the weapons flow is easy for all Somali groups and for two years the war is a stalemate and no clear winner?

If they run Pakistani Taliban as the Pakistani president is claiming it, there is a high chance that they have elements within Al-Shabaab.
