I heard that Shabaab captured a couple of technicals and left the city. Ahlul Sunnah walked back into it, after Shabaab left. Looks more tactical than anything else. I expect fighting to resume sooner or later.

yea I know, its bad for the locals, they need stability, constant fighting benefits no one. But I find this to be the beginning of something bigger.

Ahlul Sunnah also lost Cadaado, so it looks like everyone is back to square one, but knives are being sharpened, and I think something big is coming.

Al Shabab and Ahlu Sunna and their warlord militias used to fight over Beledweyn and not Dhuusamareeb. Ahlu Sunna looks like they are loosing territory if they are fighting with Al Shabab over Dhuusamareeb. The TFG and their sponsors are failing Ahlu Sunna big time. Ahlu Sunna is a willing fighting force that can put a huge pressure on Al SHabab if they received more funds from the TFG and the international community. At the moment they are only fighting to defend the cities they control so that their existence in Somalia is not completely eliminated.

Berke last 2 Months ago ahlu sunna wal jamaca said that they dont support the TFG any more , i think they are on their own heshiski way uga baxeen sharif. so now they are fighting shabaab with out any assitance from the TFG

Yeah they did. The TFG promised them a lot of money but would not deliver. They needed some money to badly treat their wounded militia men and the TFG sent them $4000. That shit would not treat even one person and Ahlu Subag wal Dufan collect 100X more money from their supporters abroad in a week than that amount. It was very insulting man. Ahlu Sunna needs money to become more efficient so that they can be a real threat to Al shabab but the TFG is not delivering and has no plans to do so.
