I'm just wondering looking back at my childhood shows I use to watch, Pokemon comes on and I was just wondering; What did it mean for Pikachu to refuse to evolve? What was the creator thinking when he made that? And what did it mean to evolve? And why did Pikachu refuse to stay in the Pokeball?
