Money is central to football, but i think Man City success will take a while, the players they have bought do not justify the spending, Yaya toure and Ballotelli are overapaid. They remind of Real Madrid when threy bought Figo and Zidane and did not reap the rewards.

the same thing happened to chelsea in the early years. in the first few years they have spent a vast amount of money on worthless players, such as veron, crespo, adrian muatu and co. it takes at least three years to built a championship winning team and have no doubt that man city will reach the promise land in the next three years.
