I think the PROPHET SCW said something about Olive oil, it is very very good for you.

Drink half a cup a day atleast.

This is all we use to cook in my houses and I checked the label on the bottle several times and it contains a lot of fat man. It beats saliid cadeey any day but I still would not suggest people to do what this lady does. That is insane.
