IMPERIALISM - Can anyone tell me whats bad about it?

I would like a Somali Empire, where we have somaliland, somalia, puntlant, djibouti all joined together :som: :sland: :dj: :up:

- Majority single ethnicity
- Majority similar faith(debate is on)
- Single attached land mass

variables to be solved

- Single unifying force or alliance
- Common objective benificial to the majority

It would be good it seems, but Somalis are too selfish and dumb to do this.
