Ogadeen Boss Dilema

For the first time In My life, I am having a somali as a supervisor. He is Ogaden. Within 3 Months, I am seeing a lot of Ogaden temps coming to the department. I am a group Leader in his production line but anytime I report about non-performing Ogaden employee, he squash the whole story and Portray it as a training. Everytime a monk, a cambodian or even somalis from other tribes make mistake, He comes so hard on them. Realising their brother on the top, The ogaden employees are becoming rude and influencing each other. If I try to tell them something, they talk like they don't give a fock where i take them. If i do take them, I see them on the class window laughing with the supervisor. All of them have his cell phones. If I try to report an incident that happen a day that he was off, He already has a different side of what I am reporting and my argument don't sell out. I could kizz as them but Other employees including the somalis have realized what was going on and started becoming angry about the special treatment that the ogaden get.

I don't want to loose my job. One of these days, One of the employees my go to the HR and report this. It would blow on our face.

Maxaa sameeyaah? I feel bad because I have to treat some employees different than others regardless of what their origin is.

Somalidana isqabqabsi baan ku nacay. Iyagaa isku xoog badan. A friend of mine who owns a company decided to hire a bunch of Somalis and these guys would not respect him at all. They would show up late to work, take a day off without calling out, and just not do their job as they were expected to. Too much isku haleen. To fix the problem he had to hire a white woman to manage his company so she could set them straight and set them straight she did. Somalis just don't respect each other. Waryaa Hanad, respect your Boss's decisions and just do your damn job. If his decisions are unfair it they will eventually become his downfall.
