Geele knows what Somaliland people are capable of economically and militarily. He has to work with Sillanyo if he wants live in peace or there will Al kalaab coming thorough Lawya Ado at will.

It already happend what can be done. I have no problem with djibouti or him visiting but i just thought it would be better to solve the internal isseus frist.
