Well those are probably the best places in kabul. It is still a shithole which until a few years ago looked much worse than somalia. When you have a very large oil and mineral wealth, when you have the USA investing billions of dollars into your country (both to revive your economy and also militarily develop your nation) and when you have fighting in the mountains not in the capital city of your country, you can afford to have a better looking city. Frankly, I'm shocked the city doesn't look much better than that. Many africans have had more bloody and terrible civil wars and their cities would put both Mogadishu and Kabul to shame. :down:

Roads, electricity, infrustracture of any kind is western, superficial and totally unnecessary. We as Eastern and cultured people will stick to organic huts and camel or donkey transport :clap:
