Afar are good people who have ties with us through marriage but they will never get into power!

The president of Jabuuti won't step down until the USA and France tell him.

Btw Ismail Omar Gelleh is not a dictator, he is too kind to be one. But he does kill some Issa and Afar tribe oppositions by the secret intelligence service of France.
