Somali War Statistics

Post by IRONm@N »

After observing the Somali war in the last 20 years, I come up with this statistics. Careful, this isn't scientific or research based, just opinion.

99% of Somali war is between somali tribes
75% of the war happens in Mogadishu
100% on land, no sea or air
80% of the war is in Southern region
over 75% of the war happens in the cities, rarely happens in the rural
65% of the war is involved with Hawiye clans or settlements
30% is Darood
2% Ethiopia
2% AU
2% Isaaq
1% America
3% all other Somali tribes (excluding hawiye, darood and isaaq)

99% of the weapons used are AKs and RPGs, no Tanks/Airplanes or Helicopters.
90% of gunshots deathes result from lack of treatment or advanced care, if advanced treatment is accessible to the citizens, it will cut the war casualities by 90%
mostly skirmeshes, unpredictable and unsophisticated.
mostly power struggle or tribal, not race, religion or ethnic.

The statistics look believable. But 2% Ethiopia is a low figure, probably 10%.

Ironman can you get 'estimated' figures of death toll since 1991 to present date?

Rwanda had almost a million people dead in their war. And Darfur more than half a million dead in their struggle. I wonder where we stand in the death toll.

I read somewhere that Sudan’s 400,000 are totally false. This number was claimed by some White American Christian fundamentalist and still unproven today. Another fact is that 6 out 7 million people in Darfur live under Sudanese government and support Bashir. And Groups like Save the Darfur was started by Jewish organisations

They are trying to cut Sudan up and steal its natural resources

Do you know what America did when Bill clinton was in presidency? The Americans told the Sudanese Government that there is a illegal warehouse manufacturing weapons in Sudan and the Americans took the shit out of the warehouse (they bombed it through airforce) and later on they founded out that the warehouse was actually manufacturing children's medicine, how sick can that be? Then Bill Clinton did nothing but apologised!!!!
