Puntland has a population of roughly 2 million. It also has four, five or maybe six universities. There's nothing wrong with higher education, the only downfall is that it makes alot of people arrogant or even lazy to get an actual job, especially if it is below their degree. Alot of educated Puntlanders sit home because there are no vacancies that attach with their degree

You're a developed country if you have citizens with stable income and you can realize that by sending them to vocational school. Puntland has more doctors and engineer than electricians or even cabinetmakers. All these kind of proffesions are relevant to the industrial, commercial and economic needs of Puntland and sadly they're done by foreigners.

We have multiple universities but we don't have a school were you can learn how to become an electrician, construction worker or even a plumber. Puntland is unique in its own way, so lets make our own master plan.

These proffesions should make their way into Puntland
-IT
-plumbers
-Electricians
-Construction workers
-cabinetmakers
-upholsterer
-Mechanics
-FARMING
-All kind of crafts

There should be a campaign to motivate Puntlanders to work with their own hands and start contributing to the economy.
