Sleep paralysis happens to me all the time. I can see everything around me but I cant move an inch nor can I speak plus you feel like a heavy (evil) presence has sat on your chest. I heard its a Shaydaan named khanzab who likes to disturb people in their sleep.

Trust me, we have sour relations now, khanzab and me are not on goood terms

I always think that before I sleep I might never wake up again and so thats why I always recite Surut Al Nas, Falaq and Ikhlas. As well as Ayatul kursi, the du'ca before you sleep and then say Ashaadu an la ilaha illa'llah wa Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu'llah.
