Ina-Adeer NY,
I am glad that you are posting about ONLF and Ogadenia issue.

Man, people who went back home in Ogadenia are saying that the Diaspora communities should come back and invest their land.

I believe one of the best ways to attain independence is through education and economic power. If we go back and educate our people, invest our land, we will then have a real power to liberate our land from the Tigree.

Guhaad what will you do if you return and your family member is arrested thrown into Jeel Ogadeen? what will your education and your economic power do for you, yes perhaps it will get your sister out via bribery, will you protest? These are important and we should do them all but remember where there is no justice and no proper rule of law you cant prosper, you have to have rights. You can only go as far before the Tigray dictatorship puts you back into your spot.Today the region is getting alot of attention from meles because he's a rebel he knows when he's in trouble, he's testing the struggle to see if we falter.I'm sure if ONLF dissappers and we take up his little offers, a new ONLF will appear in less than 5 years. This has been the trend since the sayid, so today we should never ever ever lay-down a single A.K till the rights of the people and the land are restored 100%.

Everything combined Qori,Qalin,Maal=Xoriyo waa ina la isku wada dhex wadaa.

I agree with EEga. take the example of the bully at school, you can tell your parents, speak to the teachers, let your mum speak to his mum, but at the end of the day, when you stand up for your self an dgive him a good fight, only then will he know to respect you and fear you. you can spend a 1000 years with the pen, but if compined with the deadly force of bullet, its more efficient both economically and man power.

Your right Ugas Guhado, i guess you mean compoining both bullet and the pen. i know your not one of them, but some people call for total demilitarization of ONLF, this is fraught with massive dangerous in my opinion. Remember hitler's promises to stalin in 1939, whilst also working behind his back for operation barbarosa? he enticed the russians with economic aid and all that hooha. this trick is classical, as old as the hills, even the great Tsun-zu wrote about it. we can't fall for such, becaseu the ramifications are so great and almost impossible to rectify it.
